What we are offering?
Salary package :- Up to BDT 27.5K to 40K (Depending On Experiences) Attendance Bonus, Sales bonuses and Additional bonuses. Bonus 10k Plus Based On performance. Positive work environment and a team that supports your success! 
Full Time-Onsite (Day Shift) Timing:(07.00 AM - 4:00 PM) Days: 06 Days (Monday-Saturday) Probation Period: 03 months.
Responsibilities:● Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and sell solar products.
● Provide information about our products and services.
● Schedule appointments for sales representatives to meet with potential customers.
● Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and to schedule future appointments.
● Meet or exceed sales targets every month.
Requirements:● Superior English Skill.
● Previous telemarketing experience in solar sales or related field preferred.
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
● Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
● Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
● Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
● Superior level of both speaking and listening skills.
● Ability to work full-time (7.00am-4.00pm) 6 days in a Week.
Academic Qualification: ● A-Levels/BBA/MBA or similar. (We value talents and capability over academic qualifications)

Compensation and Benefits:
